Grape variety: Piquepoul Blanc
Ground: Terrace of Pliocene and hills of the cretaceous.
Old place of nesting of the dinosaurs.
Colour: White with the shiny gold colour with green reflection.
Taste: aromas of lime and hawthorn, a fine and fresh flavors when tasted with a good acidity, notes of citrus fruits come to perfect this Balanced wine, between a typical acid wine and a round, voluptuous wine at the end of the mouth.
Site: Vineyard located on the heights of Pinet in front of the Mediterranean, bathed by the sun but refreshed the night by iodised maritime sea spray.
Harvesting: Vines collected in the early morning and then picked-off grapes macerate in their juice for a few hours, then they are squeezed, pumped in stainless tanks so that
fermentation proceeds during 1 month at 14°C and tapped safe from the air.
At the end of the harvest Picpoul are bottled on the Feeder fine dregs, after a light joining and soft filtration.
