- Nose: Concentrated with fruits notes
- Taste: Intense flavor evoking blackcurrants, small red or black berries, some notes of musk and fur and liquorice when the wine has matured.
Harmony dish-wine: The Gevrey Chambertin is recommended with some dish with wine sauce and cheeses.
