Rosé de Marsannay

Appellation : MARSANNAY
Grape variety : Pinot Noir (is the type of grape of our A.O.C
Marsannay rosé.)
Vine age : from 8 to 45 years.
Soil
: clay and limestone soil
Surface of the vineyard and production : 3 hectares
Wine making: Rosé of macerations. 2 days of maceration then
squeezed: alcoholic fermentation at 20°c Maximum.
Wine ageing and maturing : in sta inless tanks before being bottled.
General characteristics of the wine:
•  Color : Pink (Rosé) almost the color of red currants
•  Nose : Fresh and fruity (red fruits)
•  Taste: Tender and fruity. The flavor evokes the crop of grapes freshly squeezed, and the peach.
Harmony dish-wine: Skewers, grills, also white meat with
Safran, fresh cheeses.
Some advice: Best savored cold (between 10 and 12°C) but not icy.
