Wine making: cold maceration then alcoholic fermentation under temperature control of 31°C maximum, in tanks from 2 to 3 weeks.
Wine ageing and maturing: maturing in vats with only one wine for about 12 months.
General characteristics of the wine:
Color: Red of a brightness ruby, with youth reflections.
Nose: reserved /discreet wine , revealing flavors of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), notes of liquorice and leather.
Taste: Well bred, full bodied. Elegant, good length, fruity finish
