Wine ageing and maturing: from 33 to 66% in new barrels depending on the year, during 12 to 14 months
General characteristics of the wine:
- Color: Red
- Nose: Ripe black fruits (blackcurrant or blackberry) with woody notes.
- Taste: Smooth with fine tannins and light acidity. Cherry and strawberry, undergrowth notes, musk, leather.
