Surface of the vineyard and production : 0.0820 ha
Wine making:
Wine-making at a low/cold temperature. Long maceration in tanks for about 3 weeks, then aeration which is necessary for the alcoholic fermentation
Wine ageing and maturing: 30% in new barrels for 14 months.
General Characteristics of the wine:

A round and robust wine full of tannins but also a smooth, velvet wine.
A very feminine wine with softness and a long finish.
